A Seaford nurse has been arrested in connection with the murder of a homeless man in Hove.
Lauren Bishop, 36, was charged with conspiracy to murder after answering bail on Tuesday (July 9). She was detained in custody to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, July 10).
Bishop is the third person arrested in connection with the murder of Lea Wiliams, who was bludgeoned to death on February 11.
His body was discovered by local project workers in an archway, also known as the ‘bat caves’, that overlook Hove pitch and putt green.
A post mortem revealed he died from severe injuries to his face and head caused by a heavy object. Other injuries to his body included multiple fractures to his ribs.
