Eastbourne Beer Festival, the biggest of its kind in East Sussex, returns to the Winter Garden from October 8-10.
With places always in high demand, punters are now able to purchase tickets.
The three day festival is a highlight of the autumn events calendar in Eastbourne and tickets always sell out quickly, particularly for the popular Friday and Saturday evening sessions.
Tickets can be purchased from Eastbourne Theatres Box Office and from the Eastbourne Tourist Information Centre from the release date of Friday July 3.
As well as a range of over 160 real cask ales on tap and plenty of award winning ales, visitors will also be able to try lots of delicious beverages from the wine bar, cider bar and the international bottled beers bar, for a taste of many tipples from around the world.
All drinks on offer will be chosen especially for the festival by local CAMRA members (Campaign for Real Ale) with past tipples ranging from a ‘Legless Rambler’ to ‘Wobbly Bob’ and ‘Granny Wouldn’t Like It’, festival fans can expect the return of many quirkily named brews.
Eastbourne Borough Council Lead Cabinet Member for Culture, Tourism and Enterprise, Cllr Margaret Bannister said “This will be the thirteenth annual Eastbourne Beer Festival, and like a fine wine or cask ale, it only gets better with age.
“With it being a highly popular festival, we advise people to purchase tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.
“With loads on offer, from live music, to pub games and hot and cold food, it’s more than just a celebration of real ale.”
The daytime session runs from 11am – 4pm on Saturday and evening sessions from 6pm – 11pm on Thursday and Saturday, with Friday starting a little earlier from 5.30pm – 11pm.
Ticket prices vary for individual festival sessions, with Thursday tickets costing £6 in advance (£4 NUS/CAMRA; £6.50 on the door) and Friday tickets costing £10 (£7 NUS/CAMRA; £11 on the door).
Saturday afternoon tickets cost £7 in advance (£5 NUS/CAMRA; £7.50 on the door) and evening tickets cost £6.50 in advance (£5 NUS/CAMRA; £7 on the door).
To book tickets contact the Box Office on 01323 412000 or visit the Congress Theatre Box Office or Eastbourne Tourist Information Centre in Cornfield Road from 3 July.
