Police hunt youths who dismantled Seaford climbing frame

Police are appealing for help in identifying youths who damaged a climbing frame in Crouch Gardens, Seaford. On Friday June 27 and Saturday June 28 in the evening a group of four youths with micro scooters were thought to have dismantled the climbing frame. They may have used a micro scooter tightening tool. Call 101 quoting serial 1687 of 28/06.

Sergeant Stuart Mullins said, “This was a mindless act of vandalism. Not only has the frame been damaged and other children cannot use it but taking it apart made it likely that a child would get hurt. If you or your children know anyone who was involved or who has lost a scooter tool recently, please let us know.”
