Police appeal after burglary in Bishopstone


Police in Seaford are investigating a burglary that took place at a house in Bishopstone.

The offence is believed to have taken place between the morning of Wednesday October 30 and 9am on Monday November 4. It is thought that access was gained via the garage to the property in St Andrews Drive to the kitchen after panes of glass were broken in two doors.

An untidy search was carried out and police believe the intruder(s) were looking for valuables and cash. It is not known exactly what was stolen.

Anyone with information or who might have seen anything suspicious in the St Andrews Drive area during this time is asked to contact police on 101, quoting serial 0344 of 4/11.
