APRIL FOOLS DAY: For those born on April Fools day. You may be interested to know that All Fools Day has been observed in England and elsewhere since the mid 17th century when the practical jokes generally took the form of sending gullible victims in search of elbow grease. Traditionally the joking must end at midday. Anyone fooled after this time, is entitled to say April Fool is gone and past, and you are the biggest fool at last. An extract from Chambers book of Days.
