Hallmark says the new home will provide up to 90 new jobs.

Hallmark Care Homes has a number of other properties in the UK – the nearest is in Maycroft Manor in Brighton, which was visited by health watchdogs in September who said it needed improvement in two areas of care but rated it good in three other areas.
