A fire engine and scores of motorcycle will lead a funeral procession for a little boy from Eastbourne this afternoon (Wednesday).
Eleven-year-old Bobby Michael lost his battle with cancer recently and his family say he loved motorbikes and fire engines.
An appeal was put out on social media for bikers to meet up at the Fisherman’s Club car park today at 2.30pm to escort the funeral procession.
His sister Jessica said, “We are trying to get as many bikers as possible and would like it to get around as much as we can.
“A fire engine from Eastbourne Fire Station will lead the cortege with bikers following behind to escort this little hero to his final resting place.”
