Ghosts and ghouls ramped it up at the Eastbourne mayor’s Halloween Ball at the weekend.
It was held at the Winter Garden in aid of mayor Pat Hearn’s chosen charities, Rebourne Corner, which is run by the Salvation Army, and Embrace.
