'Phantom defecator' in Eastbourne
Police are investigating after a spate of reports about a person defecating in public spaces in Eastbourne.
Sussex Police say it is a man that is defecating in a public area outside flats in Meads Road, Eastbourne, and Meads residents say he is defecating in other landmarks in the village.
A police spokesperson said, “ There were previous reports in the summer of this year, which were addressed and the incidents came to an end, but have recently recurred.”
