PEVENSEY LITTER PICK: Following the success of the litter pick in Pevensey Bay there is now a litter pick in Pevensey on Saturday 9th April. If you can spare some time to help the village look a bit cleaner then email [email protected] or phone 01323 743900 Bags and litter pickers will be provided so all you will need is a good pair of gloves.

PEVENSEY CASTLE: The tracking which was laid down to facilitate the movement of vehicles and plant when the North Tower was being repaired have been removed. Whats left is an unsightly mess of dead grass and mud. Surely English Heritage should have had more forethought than leaving the Castle Grounds looking in such a poor state just as the holiday season starts. First we have Castle Cottage abandoned and derelict and now there is an unsightly view of the Castle.
