Restaurants in East Sussex have had a tough time of it over the last 12 months, but when lockdown eases here are some of the best ones – according to the Michelin Guide – to visit.
The 21 restaurants the guide mentions in the county have either been given a Bib Gourmand (exceptional food at moderate prices) or The Plate (great food) classification.
