July 21:

Jonathan Mayhew, 59, of Wordsworth Drive, Eastbourne, indicated a plea of guilty to being in breach of a court non-molestation order by attending an address at Hastings on April 24. He pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer at Hastings, on June 19, and admitted being in breach of a conditional discharge, made by an earlier court, for an offence of obstructing police. The court made a community order with a four month electronically monitored curfew between 8pm and 8am. He was fined £240. Magistrates also issued a restraining order.

Brooke Parrish-Carr, 20, of Grapnells, Basildon, Essex, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Ka on Seaside Road, Eastbourne, on March 12, while over the drink drive limit. She gave a breath alcohol reading of 59 micrograms. The legal limit is 59 micrograms. She was fined £120 and banned from driving for 16 months.

Ervin Murati, 37, of Tintern Close, Eastbourne, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of two clip-seal bags of cocaine. The offence took place at Royal Parade, Eastbourne, on April 14. He also pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall vehicle on Grand Parade, on the same date, with no licence or insurance. He was fined £40 for the drug offence and £120 for the driving offences and banned from driving for six months.

July 22:

Katie Carter, 28, of Gilda Close, Polegate, indicated a plea of guilty to stealing food items worth £303 from Sainsbury’s at Eastbourne on October 11 last year. She was given a one-year conditional discharge.

Francisco Paula, 32, of Willowfield Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to causing £460 damage to a Citroen vehicle. The offence took place at Eastbourne on December 25 last year. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

David Tame, 33, of Gilda Close, Polegate, indicated a plea of guilty to stealing food items worth £303 from Sainsbury’s at Eastbourne on October 11 last year. He was given a one-year conditional discharge.

Cara Anscombe, 27, of Mountney Drive, Pevensey, pleaded guilty to damaging a window. The offence took place at Bexhill on October 27 last year. 
She was fined £140.

July 23:

Ashley Hurlock, 41, of Percival Road, Eastbourne, indicated a plea of guilty to assaulting a police officer. The offence took place at Eastbourne on May 31. He was fined £90.

Kallum Young, 24, of Burdock Place, Stone Cross, Pevensey, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of two wraps of cannabis at Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, on September 29 last year. He was fined £20.

Sharna Weller, 37, of Elms Avenue, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol worth £60 from Marks and Spencer at Eastbourne on October 29 last year. She also pleaded guilty to stealing clothes worth £60 from Primark at Eastbourne on November 30. She was fined £20 and ordered to pay £60 in compensation.

Jack Duvivier, 73, of South Way, Seaford, pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer. The offence took place at Seaford on February 4. 
He was fined £50.

Michal Lozinski, 39, of Ceylon Place, Eastbourne, indicated guilty pleas to two offences of assaulting a police officer and an offence of resisting a police officer at Eastbourne on April 4. He was fined £430 and ordered to pay £75 in compensation.

July 27:

A 16-year-old Eastbourne youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to two charges of damaging a mobile phone, at Bexhill on November 3, last year and January 9. He also pleaded guilty to assault by beating at Bexhill on January 20. He was referred to the East Sussex Youth Offender Panel for an eight month contract, The court made a restraining order.

A 16-year-old Eastbourne youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to stealing a Toyota vehicle. 
The offence took place in St Leonards, on February 5. He also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving with no insurance on the A259 at Pevensey on the same date. The court made a Youth Rehabilitation Order with a six month electronically monitored curfew between 9pm and 7am. He was banned from driving for two years.

A 16-year-old Eastbourne youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to robbery of a moped at Bexhill on October 24 last year. 
He also pleaded guilty to stealing a Nissan vehicle at Bexhill on March 13. 
He pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer at Hastings on May 5. The court made a Youth Rehabilitation Order with a six month electronically monitored curfew between 9pm and 7am.

July 28:

Katie Whyman, 41, of Malthouse Way, Hellingly, Hailsham, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required to do so by police under the Road Traffic Act 1988.The offence took place at Hastings police station on March 22. 
She also pleaded guilty to permitting a person to use a Mini Cooper vehicle on Hailsham Road, Herstmonceux, on December 24 last year when there was no insurance in place. She pleaded guilty to counselling a person who was disqualified from driving,to drive a Mini Cooper vehicle on Hailsham Road, Herstmonceux, on the same date. She was fined £240 and banned from driving for two years.
