The 80-year-old suffered from multiple chronic health conditions – including kidney failure, which she was on dialysis for.

She had been living in a nursing home for some time, the inquest heard, but had finally returned home to live with her husband Richard again in the months before her death.

Emergency services were called to their address in West Street Move after Betty had a fall on May 7 this year.
