“It is a gentle form of exercise which stimulates both the right and left brain, the result of which is the release of endorphins which lift moods and help us see things more positively. Juggling is beneficial to physical, mental and brain health, you need very little space, and it is an inexpensive pass time.”

In addition to the kits, Sweet Circus have produced a Learn to Juggle activity book, and are running free Zoom classes Tuesday and Thursday lunch times, including learn to juggle lunch break for all ages and abilities and the popular 50+ Virtual Circus.

Aside from Juggling tutorials, Sweet Circus have launched a variety of YouTube tutorials and activities with a whole range of circus inspired activities that you can follow along with at home, even if you don’t have any equipment.

Miz said: “Making circus accessible is a big part of our mission, and right now, we all need the lift and benefits of remaining active.
