Eastbourne residents can now order their groceries on Amazon Prime - here’s how

This will be a big benefit for those who are shielding, or still uncomfortable to go to the shops.

Morrisons is now offering same day grocery delivery free with Amazon Prime, available in Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

Prime Members can now shop from the ‘Morrisons on Amazon’ store with free delivery of thousands of grocery products to choose from.

This includes meat, seafood, dairy and baked goods, as well as fruit and vegetables.

This system has launched nationally today (October 5), covering Eastbourne, as well as Glasgow, Liverpool and Birmingham.

The move will make Morrisons more accessible to customers, and given the circumstances of 2020, this could be a welcome service to many.

Prime members will benefit from Amazon’s delivery offer, usually as fast as same-day for orders placed before 5pm in most areas.

Orders are hand-picked from local stores by dedicated Morrisons staff and delivered to customers by Amazon Flex Delivery Partners.
