Opportunity to see royal works of art

THERE will be a rare opportunity to view royal works of art at All Saints Chapel in Meads on April 30 – the day after the royal wedding.

Signed limited edition lithographs by HRH The Prince of Wales will be on display at the Grade II listed building.

The prints cover subjects such as the royal homes of Balmoral, Sandringham, Highgrove and Windsor Castle, and landscapes of the Prince’s favourite places, including Yorkshire, Greece, Klosters, Arabia and Scotland.

The lithographs are being sold to raise money for the Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation and are expected to fetch in excess of £5,000 each.

The artwork is being exhibited by Mark and Carrie Bird in association with the Belgravia Gallery in London’s Mayfair.

Carrie said, “The royal family will be on everyone’s minds that weekend and this exhibition gives a real sense of occasion to those visiting or living in Eastbourne who want to get involved in royal wedding activities.”

The exhibition opens from 10am-4pm and tickets are £8 with concessions of £6 for under 18s and over 60s and can only be purchased on the day at All Saints. See www.allsaintschapel.co.uk
