When will the Eastbourne seafront lights be back?

an the council say if the EBC owned promenade and festoon lighting will be fully working for this summer season ?

For all of last year and probably longer the main part of the Grand Parade promenade was far from Grand without its fairy lights and other lights are damaged with tops missing or not working .

Some extra industrial type floodlights were installed as a temporary measure after police requests but that’s all that has happened.

Faults that are reported are not actioned on even when raised to the highest levels.

Any chance we can have an attractive well lit tourist welcoming seafront for this summer?
