Eastbourne DGH is a positive force for good

A few weeks ago I found a lump in part of my body which had already been operated on for cancer.

Despite Covid-19, I managed to get an appointment with my 
doctor at the Lighthouse surgery.

The doctor was concerned and referred me to the DGH where, less than two weeks later, I was examined by the consultant who had previously operated on 
me.

To my enormous relief, the lump is not cancerous but I want to thank and praise the swift professionalism of our NHS and our local hospital in particular.

In these difficult times when so much appears negative, we all know the DGH is a really positive force for good but it seems worth sharing yet another example of just how very good they are...
