Don’t hesitate to have the jab

I was so impressed by Rowan Allen’s letter of last week click here to read.

Such a sweet and positive communication from a nine- year-old reminding us to think of good things and to wash our hands thoroughly. Rowan also referred to the vaccine and told us not to worry it’s coming very soon.

Fortunately for me it has already come, being in the clinically vulnerable category

I received the Pfizer vaccine at the Beacon Vaccination Centre during this past week.

I must praise all those involved, from the welcomers, the administration staff, the nurse who gave me the jab, and the 15-minute ‘after care’ team. All of them very kind, caring and professional.

If you are invited to have the vaccine, please don’t hesitate, it is all very straight- forward and well organised and you will be treated very well, and looked after.
