How much more quickly could works to Eastbourne town centre be completed? I wonder...

Twice recently readers have been made aware that local shops’ income has been affected by the road building, which is progressing slowly.

Part of Terminus Road is now being used by buses.

One cannot help wondering if all the men were working instead of one working an others standing, watching, or on their mobile phones, how much quicker the work might be completed.
