County council, like the banks, is not too big to fail

Residents need to understand that East Sussex County Council is not too big to fail, it can go bust just like the banks, the retailers and all the rest.

Maybe the government will bail it out, maybe it won’t. Whatever happens next people who live hand to mouth will suffer most and that is unforgiveable.
