New site revealed for popular store in Eastbourne

Next closed its Arndale branch recently and the store will be cleared to make way for a new walkway into the new extension.

The retailer will re-open in the coming months in a new spot closer to the railway station with a store that will be 60 per cent bigger.

A spokesperson said the new store – on two floors – will be 20,461 square feet in total compared to the 13,000 square feet unit just vacated.

In the meantime customers are advised to use the store at Sovereign Harbour.
