New lease of life for ex-Blockbusters building
The former Blockbusters video store at the Crumbles is to have a new lease of life.
Costa Coffee has put in a planning application to Eastbourne council to change the use of part of the building from retail to a cafe.
The bid also includes external alterations, the siting of six outdoor tables and 24 chairs, and four new internally illuminated signs.
