Eastbourne MP Caroline Ansell has called on people to volunteer to help at the DGH’s chaplaincy service after she visited the department.
Caroline met chaplain, Reverend Dennis Nolan, and volunteer Jenny Clay last week to discuss the service and the fact that those willing to help are always welcome.
Caroline said, “This is a really important service that offers comfort and a listening to ear to those who are either a patient or a family members often at times of great stress and sadness and the team do incredible work.”
