The event in the Arndale Centre pitted local schools against each other to find the best team to market and sell their products.

The team from Willingdon School won best customer service award and Infinitee from Bishop Bell won best trade stand-visual impact award.

Caroline said, “This fair was an amazing opportunity for the teams to trade in such a high footfall business space.

“I was very impressed with how they presented themselves, how clearly they articulated the decisions behind their brands and their energy.

“It was also fantastic that the great Eastbourne public was supporting them as I saw quite a few ‘sold out’ notices on some of their product lines which included tech gadgets and homewares. Importantly, this was a powerful learning experience for this next generation of young local entrepreneurs, so big thanks to the organisers and school staff for supporting the pupils throughout the day.”
