An angry parent is fighting back after his daughter was expelled from Eastbourne’s Moira House School.
Six girls were told to leave the Meads school and the country after allegedly assaulting another pupil earlier this year.
Zhang Youxing who lives in China and whose daughter was one of the six expelled, says some of the girls have been unfairly treated.
“My daughter did not assault or hurt anybody,” said Mr Youxing. “This allegation is totally untrue and the school have not checked the facts. They should check the facts before they make judgements like this.
“The situation gets worse and worse. They expelled my little girl for no reason. They said that she must leave the country at once and Social Services supported everything the school said.”
Mr Youxing says he will fight to clear his daughter’s name and to make the school accountable for their actions.
“My daughter left a very good school in China to come to England,” he said. “After just a few weeks in the country she is thrown out of this school who take my money.”
Headteacher Leslie Watson said she was unable to comment as they were in talks with Mr Youxing.
