A man collapsed and died at Eastbourne’s Congress Theatre on Friday night.
Ambulances rushed to the theatre at 7.30pm after a report a man had collapsed at the start of the show That’ll be the Day which was showing for one night.
A spokesperson for SECamb said, “Sadly despite the efforts of those at the scene prior to our arrival, ambulance crews and a community first responder, the man could not be resuscitated and was pronounced dead at the scene.”
