Man convicted of killing Tracy Patsalides in Eastbourne after lengthy trial

The jury in the trial of Wayne Marshall has returned a verdict.

Marshall, 38, of no fixed address, was today found not guilty of the murder of Tracy Patsalides.

He was found guilty of manslaughter by majority verdict.

He was found not guilty of robbery.

He is due to be sentenced on Friday.
