Man charged with assaulting police officers in Hailsham

Nathan Walter, 20, unemployed, of London Road, Hailsham, is also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The charges relate to an incident outside The George Hotel in Hailsham on January 9.

Two police officers required hospital treatment following the incident.

Walter will appear before magistrates on February 10.
