Papa John’s pizza is set to provide the crew at Eastbourne RNLI with a special donation to help celebrate its 200th UK store opening.

Papa John’s will provide the team with free pizzas on November 21 to mark the special milestone and thank the coastal and lifeguard staff for their hard work. Papa John’s is giving away 200 pizzas to local good causes across the country this week.

The community donations have also featured a national appeal in which members of the public were invited to say which good causes it should send its donations to next.

Andrew Gallagher, marketing director for Papa John’s, said, “We wanted to celebrate by giving something back to good causes within the local community, such as the Eastbourne RNLI. The team provide an essential service in and around Eastbourne that ultimately saves lives, we hope they enjoy their special donation.”
