Eastbourne’s Hydro Hotel has announced its programme of events for 2017 in support of Chestnut Tree House and St Wilfrid’s Hospice – the hotel’s two chosen charities.
The line-up of events stretches from March into the Christmas period, and includes afternoon teas and luncheons as well as special one-off events. These special events include a Murder in the Pharaoh’s Tomb murder mystery dinner, with professional entertainment from The Company Upfront; a Freddie Mercury tribute evening with dinner and an Only Fools and Three Courses comedy dinner, with entertainment provided by Comedy Dining.
Jonathan Owen, general manage at The Hydro, said, “We’re keen to put our Hands Up! to support this growing charity as well as the well-established St Wilfrid’s. Choosing our charity of the year for 2017 wasn’t easy. Our hotel-wide vote led to a draw between Chestnut Tree and St Wilfrid’s.”
