The major bargain retailer will open the doors to its enormous flagship store in the newly refurbished shopping centre on Saturday (January 25).

Langney Shopping Centre manager, Neil Avis, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Home Bargains to Langney Shopping Centre. As the flagship store in our exciting new £6.5m extension, it’s sure to be popular with shoppers of all ages.

“It’s fantastic to have another big name retailer joining us and we’re pleased that Langney is going to be the home of its first branch in the area.”

Home Bargains

Home Bargains is among 13 additional shops in the centre extension – including Costa and a new 24-hour Snap Fitness gym opening soon.

The chain was launched in 1976 in Liverpool and specialises in affordable homeware, garden products, and children’s toys.

The new store is the first Home Bargains in East Sussex and only the second in Sussex – with the other trading in Bognor Regis.

Its opening hours will be 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sundays.
