Helicopter was searching for missing people
Police helicopter was out looking for two missing people last night (March 9).
The helicopter was out over the Eastbourne area around 9pm to 10pm. Many residents from The Redoubt area to Old Town heard the helicopter overhead.
On Friday afternoon (March 10), police told the Herald they were searching for two missing people.
A spokesperson from Sussex Police said one of the people had returned and the other was still missing, but is believed to have left the country.
