Gym of the Year winners weigh in

The Gym, one of 75 gyms countrywide in the UK, has only been open since May 11 last year, but already has the highest customer satisfaction rate in The Gym Group.

The Gym is run by general manager James Smith and his assistant manager Niall Rhodes, both pictured holding the trophy and certificate. James has built up a team of personal trainers who can give you one to one advice and that extra push towards your fitness goals.

The personal trainers are pictured with James and Niall: Dario Sica, Kathryn Ryan, Callum Dunk, Umberto Massimino, Alex Maynard, Matthew Halls and Joe Burgess, plus there are two others in the team.

The Gym has the newest advanced hi-tech machines,with over 150 pieces of kit spanning over two floors, so there isn’t the waiting time between machines. Along with a bright and airy atmosphere overlooking the harbour, and modern funky decor, this is a trendy friendly place to work out.

Second place for the Gym of the Year competition went to City Gym in Furness Road, Eastbourne and third place went to Full Range Fitness at Chaucer Industrial Estate, Polegate.
