Free well-being checks for dogs will take place across Eastbourne this April.
There will be four events throughout the month with professional vets from the PDSA on hand to offer advice on all elements of canine care including diet, behaviour, companionship, health and environment.
A Petcheck vehicle will turn up at each venue and residents will be able to visit the veterinary nurse to have their dog checked.
A free preventative service will also be available.
An appointment system will come in to force on busy days.
The first session will take place on April 21 between 10am and 5pm at Seaside Recreation Ground in Whitley Road.
The following day, April 22, it will be held at Shinewater Park in Larkspur Drive from 10am to 5pm.
On April 23 the vets will be at Holly Place in Willing Trees between 10am and 5pm.
The Eastbourne sessions will finish on April 24 in Etchingham Road , Langney between 9am and 4pm.
The sessions are organised by the PDSA in partnership with Eastbourne Borough Council and Neighbourhood First.
