Firefighters called to Normans Bay

Two fire engines from Eastbourne were called to Normans Bay last night (Monday) following reports of smoke coming from a boiler.

The call came in at 6.43pm.

A spokesperson at East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said, “Crews isolated the boiler and advice was given to the residents. A Home Safety Visit was carried out by crews.”
