Eastbourne College head has been told the secret of business success by the founder of Green & Black’s.
Jo Fairley told head teachers that nurturing kindness will help their pupils succeed in business. The conference, attended by head teachers from a wide range of schools, looked at how to prepare young people for a rapidly changing world.
Jo Fairley, who has seen Green & Black’s grow from a fledgling idea to a major international brand, told the conference that being kind and considerate is a vital for success.
She said, “In an age when we can look up any single fact up on our phone in about five seconds, what schools must do is develop the human qualities that people are going to need to survive in the business world.”
