Eastbourne takes first steps towards carbon neutrality with environment event- in pictures
Hundreds of people flooded into the Welcome Building last weekend for an event which is set to help the town organise to achieve true carbon neutrality by 2030.
The event comes after the council’s declaration of a climate emergency and the formation of a new organisation, Eastbourne Carbon Neutral 2030 (ECN2030) which has been designed to help the town drastically reduce its carbon footprint.
