Eastbourne school forced to close for the day

According to East Sussex County Council, Heron Park Academy in Dallington Road has had to close due to having no heating.

Heron Park Nursery will be open as usual, says the county council, but the school will be closed to all year groups from Reception to Year 6.

It is not known at this time whether the school will be open again tomorrow.
