Eastbourne salon owner Jason Burrell is doing “very well and could go far” in this year’s Big Brother, according to his supportive members of staff back home.
The 45-year-old has entered his second week in the house after going in on Tuesday, June 7, but still has no clue his ex-girlfriend Charlie Doherty is next door in the secret house.
A worker at Jason’s salon Blue in South Street, who asked not to be named, said: “I think he’s doing fine.
“I think he will be quite calm when he finds out [about Charlie]. I really think he will go far.”
On Wednesday Jason, a former film double for WWE wrestler Bautista in two films, told a fellow housemate of his relationship with Charlie: “Had five months of not very good, she was just angry, I’m not going to diss her. In the end I said enough. I think she’s good deep down.
“I’ve said to her never say never.”
Later Charlie said to Big Brother, “Jason will either be happy and welcoming to me, or he could be really like what are you doing here?”
The show opened with the smallest viewing figures since its launch in 2000.
