An Eastbourne man has been accused of having a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.

Radoslaw Stefaniak, 36, unemployed, of Langney Road, will appear before magistrates next month.

He is also charged that having been disqualified under Section 34 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006, he breached that disqualification in that he participated in keeping an animal, namely a Staffordshire bull terrier.

Both offences are alleged to have occurred in Seaside, Eastbourne, on July 10.

He will appear at Hastings Magistrates’ Court on September 10.
