A cyclist suffered two broken arms in a hit-and-run collision with a white van in Eastbourne.
The 43-year-old local man was on a pedal cycle in Upper Avenue at the junction with The Avenue in the town when he was struck by the van.
The van did not stop at the scene of the collision, shortly after 3.15pm on June 4, and has not been traced.
The cyclist was taken to hospital suffering from two broken arms. He has since been released.
A police spokesman said, “We would like to hear from anyone who saw the collision or the van being driven in the moments before, as well as the van driver.”
