Man dies on Eastbourne beach
A man passed away on Eastbourne seafront last night (Tuesday) with police cordoning off a section of the beach near Holywell.

A spokesperson for Sussex Police said, “Police and ambulance responded to a medical incident on Eastbourne seafront near Holywell at 6.30pm on Tuesday (April 20).
“Officers attended and sadly it was confirmed that a 45-year-old man had died.
“The matter is not being treated as suspicious.”
