An ambulance worker has shared a note he received from an angry neighbour complaining about a siren – when the vehicle was called to someone suffering a cardiac arrest.

The note, handed in to the ambulance community response post last night (Sunday), appears to find issue with the noise being ‘blasted’ in what the writer says is a 100-yard exclusion zone.
