CATS CLUB: A local children’s breakfast and after school clubs is facing an uncertain future after being told it must leave its current premises. SATURDAY CHARITY MARKET: Tomorrow’s market will be run by UKIP from 8.30am to noon.

COFFEE MORNINGS: The coffee mornings on Monday and Wednesday will be organised by Pet Rescue, Tuesday the Lioness Club, Thursday the Catholic Church.

COMMUNITY CAFÉ: Now open six mornings in the foyer, Community House, Meridian Centre. Tea, coffee, egg, bacon, sausage sandwiches and cooked breakfasts available. Run by local charities.

BINGO: Tonight, Friday, in the Main Hall, Community House. Eight games for £4 plus flyer and snowball games. Cash prizes, free refreshments. Starts at 7pm
