A spot of fresh air for the lungs and a good bit of cardio for you whilst taking in the local scenery. Get involved and get out and about.

Chances4change: are leading a campaign to get people to walk to school from parking at Langney Shopping Centre.

They run the activities and youth clubs at the Kingsmere Community Centre. Well worth checking out for yourselves or even your children.
