St Peters Church The Hydnye: Come to the Summer Fayre on Saturday June 25th from 2-4pm .There will be childrens games , tombola, a raffle , bric-a-brac,books and craft stalls, refreshments , and a short demonstration of Latin in Line dancing

Hampden Park and Willingdon Trees Tenants and Residents Panel: Their A G M is on Friday July 1st at Hampden Park Community Centre Brodrick Rd from 10am -12noon.

After this there will be the Friendship group lunch club from 12.30-2,30pm , Soup ,rolls and sandwiches will be served for a cost of £3 a person, transport can be arranged. To book a place or ask for more information phone John on 07908 354039or e mail Cooperman.604@btinternet.com

St Peters Bingo Club: this very friendly groups meets every Thursday at St Peters Church Hall, The Hydnye, Doors open at 7.0pm , play starts at 7.30pm.Admittance 50p. There is also a book stall and raffles

Hampden Park in Bloom: they would like to thank the very kind lady who gave a donation to their funds when she passed them in Brassey Parade when they were planting up the street tubs. This help is very much appreciated.

They would also like to thank the people who supported their charity open day last Saturday in aid of Polegate Children with Cancer Fund

This was held at the Princess Diana Memorial Garden which at the moment is looking beautiful thanks to the work of Bertie Wilmshurst who looks after it
