A ‘Jurassic monster’ has been spotted in Eastbourne town centre.

It has been dubbed ‘Grabasaurous Wrecks’ by Ian Meikle, who captured the beast on camera.

Mr Meikle, of Hurst Road, Eastbourne, spotted the uncanny resemblance between a dinosaur and a demolition vehicle in Upperton Road.

It was at work on the former Caffyns Garage site which is being knocked down to make way for a housing development.
