MICHELHAM PRIORY SERVICE: On Sunday 29 May at 11am Hellingly & Upper Dicker Churches with Michelham Priory, as part of Medieval Living History weekend, are holding their first Holy Communion Service there in the open air in nearly 500 years.

ARLINGTON BLUEBELL WALK: Currently at their best and until Sunday 8th May - Bates Green Farm, Tye Hill Lane, Arlington from 10am to 5pm daily. Tea room run by a different local charity every day. From Saturday to Monday Arlington village hall and church will be benefitting from the day’s visitors, Eastbourne Samaritans on Tuesday and Wednesday, Demelza Hospice Care on Thursday and Friday and the NSPCC on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 May. Everyday there will be Action Medical Research in the book room, RSPB stall at the weekends, Arlington Church plant stall every day as well as Hailsham Old Pavilion Society also every day.

DOG SHOW: On Sunday at 12 noon, Dicker Hall, Coldharbour Road. Entries for classes taken from 11.30am. Lots of classes including fun and novice. Refreshments available.

JELLYFUNK ALLSTARS DJ’S: On Sunday there is a Summer BBQ outdoor party in aid of Chestnut Tree. 3pm Berwick Inn, Station Rd, Berwick, East Sussex, BN26 6SZ. Food & music.
