More than £500 was raised at the Mayor of Seaford’s Charity Ball.

It will be shared between Cllr Mark Brown’s two charities, WAVES and Seahaven Storehouse.

Guests enjoyed a three-course meal at Seaford Head Golf Club and entertainment was provided by The Barn Theatre Group.

Cllr Brown said, “It was a brilliant evening at one of the best venues in Seaford and a wonderful way to celebrate my year as Mayor. Good company with excellent food and entertainment by the Barn Theatre Group.

“Many thanks to all of the organisations and my friends who donated prizes for the raffle and to Bill Savidge who gave a painting for the auction. A special thank you to all those who attended and to the Seaford Head Golf Club and Town Council staff who organised this event.”
